Personal & Small Group Training


Our women-only small group training sessions are held in classes of four to give you the extra support you need. Each workout begins with 30 minutes of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) on cardio equipment of your choice. After we have challenged your cardio-respiratory system and lubricated your joints with HIIT, we move on to 25 minutes of strength and resistance training.

Workouts change daily and incorporate a variety of training modalities including TRX training, kettlebells, agility and coordination exercises, balance training, and traditional weight training. Always remember our staff leads you every step of the way.

Nutrition Counseling & Accountability Coaching


Optimal fitness and health are achieved by uniting physical fitness and nutrition. Why have one and not the other? We’re here to help. Nutritional counseling is available to you whenever you need it. Our accommodating staff can guide you in the right direction.

Need accountability? We all do sometimes. We have all the bases covered to help you stay on track to achieve your fitness goals. Fitness and nutrition are the ultimate forms of self-care. We don’t give up, and neither should you.

Dr. Birgit Reher, Owner, and Physical Therapist has nearly 20 years of experience in her field. She provides care for a wide variety of musculoskeletal problems. From neck, back, hip, or knee pain, to strains and sprains, Dr. Reher can supply the care you need. She also caters to patients with tendonitis, sports injuries, balance problems, postural dysfunction, and many other issues.
