Wellness Visit
Even if you are not dealing with regular aches and pains, a wellness visit can help you:
- Improve your general health
- Decrease your risk of injury
- Help you lead an active lifestyle
- Learn how you can take care of your musculo-skeletal system better
Think of this as your annual physical for your movement system. After reviewing your health history, history of injuries, and movement goals, your physical therapist will assess your strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and more. What happens next depends on the results of the exam. You may be good to go for another year, get a few updates to your exercise program, have a short course of physical therapy, or receive a referral to another medical provider if they find something that physical therapy won't help with.
Wellness Visit: $150
